Payment is always taken before the treatment takes place.

Payment is required within 24 hours of booking a treatment.

Payment received within this timescale confirms your appointment. Unfortunately, I am not able to guarantee the booking if payments are received after this.

My hours of working are aligned to the appointments I have available on my website


Please book your treatment through my website and you will be sent an email to confirm treatment price and bank details for payment.

If you are not able to book through my website, please use contact me in the first instance or call me on my mobile number. If telephoning me, please be aware I may not be able to take your call. Please leave a message with your name, number and brief message and I will message or call you back as soon as I am able.


Cancellation notices with more than 24 hours-notice of the day the treatment is booked for is required.

Notice given adhering to cancellation policy -a full refund will be given.

Cancellation notices with less than 24 hours-notice of treatment appointment time will be charged at full rate, no refund will be given.

Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
